1958 : Mrs Anna Vander Baan, 62, wife of William Vander Baan of 118 Kast 13th St. died Saturday [11-10-1958] at 1:30 pm at Holland Hospital of a celebral hemorrhage which she suffered last Tuesday.
She was born n Holland and had lived here all her life. She was a member of Sixth Reformed Church.
Surviving besides the husband are a son, Donald Vander Baan of Waukazoo; two grandchildren; the father , William Prince, of Holland; four brothers Nick, John and Wilbert Prince, all of Holland, and Raymond Prince of Grand Rapids; one sister, Mrs Henry Heetderks of Holland.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 pm in the Dykstra Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Henry A. Mouw officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. bron: Holland Sentinel of 13-10-1958
